Return Policy
You’re welcome to return any order within 14 days (after delivery) for a refund, provided the product is unopened and unused, minus a 20% restocking fee (covers shipping, credit card fees, logistics).
For billet shift knobs, they cannot be installed on your vehicle, and the cap cannot be positioned on the top of the shifter. If you need to return your TrailMade shifter for any reason, do not install it or use the caps. If you have installed/used a product, we will only issue a 50% refund because it cannot be resold. For stickers, decals, and patches, we do not offer returns or warranties. All sales are final on stickers, decals, and patches.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all TrailMade branded products. That means, that if at any time your TrailMade product has a manufacturer defect (cap is stuck in the shifter, magnet does not work, etc.), you’re welcome to return the product for a full 100% refund or a free replacement of the same value. We stand behind our manufacturing and want you to be 100% happy with your TrailMade shifter and any/all other TrailMade branded products. For stickers, decals, and patches, we do not have a warranty. All sales are final on stickers decals, and patches.

All clothing orders are shipped through Amazon.com. Any returns or questions will need to go through Amazon directly.
